In addition to local and regional support, CSEI programs are funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the US Department of the Treasury in partnership with the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA). We also partner with the Iowa Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoSCoC) and the Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) for staff training and resources for program implementation.
Additional partnerships include: Dubuque County, City of Dubuque, and United Way of Dubuque Area Greater Tri-States (UWDATS).
