Permanent Supportive Housing: is permanent housing with indefinite leasing or rental assistance paired with supportive services to assist homeless persons with a disability or families with an adult or child member with a disability achieve housing stability. (HUD)
Chronically Homeless is a literally homeless individual with a disabling condition who has been continuously homeless for a year or more, OR who has had at least four episodes of homelessness in the past three years. (HUD)
Literally Homeless is any individual who is residing in a shelter, Safe Haven or place not meant for human habitation. (HUD)
