CSEI, in conjunction with grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, Iowa Economic Development Authority, Iowa Arts Council, and the Dubuque Racing Association, hosted the @HOME Photovoice exhibit in Summer 2024. Celebrating our community and the artistic expression of storytelling through photography, the exhibit showcased 21 local photographers and more than 40 of their photographs exploring perspectives on what “at home” means to each of them. CSEI’s mission of addressing homelessness and housing instability is the reason we focused on the prompt @HOME. Dubuque Museum of Art hosted the exhibit and opening reception where more than 200 people joined us to celebrate our community.
